End of November brings us Paris International Guitar Festival
As we are approaching the end of November, we can’t hide our excitement for the upcoming Paris International Guitar Festival that will welcome four EuroStrings Artists and our EuroStrings competition winner from 2020. The French festival starts on Thursday, 25 November with concerts from Jack Hancher, Marcell Nickmann, Ozberk Mirac Sarigul, and Bianka Szalaty at the Institue for Young Blind People (INJA) at 13:00. After the concert, there will also be discussions starting at 14:30.
On Sunday 28 November, above mentioned EuroStrings Artists will play their concerts at Théâtre Traversière. The closing day (Sunday, 28 November) will be reserved for concert by Lovro Peretić and Rémi Jousselme at Théâtre Traversière. Their concert is scheduled for 17:30.
When it comes to masterclasses, EuroStirngs Artists will learn from Spanish guitarist Anabel Montesinos on Friday, 26 November. Not only that, they will show off their skills and knowledge and teach masterclasses to young pupils of the Conservatoire Paul Dukas later that day.
We are also proud to announce that the EuroStrings scholarship for this festival has been awarded to the young guitarist Pooya Hossein Mirzaee Beni.
