EuroStrings is proud to be a part of the 22nd Szeged International Guitar Festival from 14–17 October 2021. The festival will be held live and online on Szeged IGF Facebook page and Youtube channel and will feature five 2021 EuroStrings Artists: Marcin Kuźniar, Kevin Loh, Marcell Nickmann, Cheng Shi and Bianka Szalaty. Furthermore, winner of the 3rd EuroStrings Guitar Competition, Lovro Peretić, will also attend the festival.

On Thursday, 14 October Marcell Nickmann will play the opening concert alongside Marcin Dylla at the Szegedi Tudományegyetem Bartók Béla Művészeti Kar, starting at 20.00. A day later, Kevin Loh and Cheng Shi will have the honor of playing online concert at 18.00. Saturday, 16 October is reserved for another online concert, this time Bianka Szalaty and Marcin Kuzniar will perform on the festival’s online stage. And lastly, on the closing day, Lovro Peretić and other EuroStrings Artists will play an outreach concert at 18.00. EuroStrings Artists will attend masterclasses with Marcin Dylla and Giampaolo Bandini. Besides EuroStrings Artists, the festival will attend another young, talented guitarist Damien Theux thanks to winning the EuroStrings scholarship for this festival.
