Born in Salamanca in 1997, the Spanish guitarist Bruno Pino Mateos studied at the Conservatiorio Superior de Musica in Salamanca, where he was awarded a degree with the highest qualifications. He continued his stuedies at the Conservatorio Superior de Castilla y León, studying with Fernando Espi and later with Marisa Gomez. He has participated in masterclasses with David Russel, Roberto Aussel, Marco Socías, Roland Dyens, Ricardo Gallén, Margarita Escarpa, Carles Trepat, David Martínez, Pedro Mateo, Fernando Espí, Marcin Dylla, Aniello Desiderio, Thibaut García, Carlo Marchione, Judicael Perroy and Alex Garrobé, among others.

Bruno Pino Mateos has performed at the Teatro Liceo de Salamanca and the festivals of Coria, Amarante and Petrer. Among his numerous awards, he received First Prize at the V International Guitar Festival of Guimaraes 2018, the International Guitar Festival Jose Tomas Villa de Petrer Competition in the Youth category; the XIX International Guitar Competition Ciudad de Coria in the youth category; and the II Alhambra International Guitar Competition for Young People, Valencia.
