We are happy to announce another EuroStrings scholarship winner this year! Her name is Bozhidara Troharova and she will visit the upcoming Plovdiv GuitArt Festival in Bulgaria, attend masterclasses, lectures and concerts thanks to the scholarship. Congratulations to this young guitarist!

Met our scholarship winner:
Bozhidara Troharova was born in 1997 in Silistra, Bulgaria. Started her guitar education with Valentin Buzov in Sofia. She graduated the National Academy of Music „Pancho Vladigerov“ in Sofia in the class of Rossen Balkanski. Currently she is studying there pedagogy of music education with classical guitar. She has taken part in masterclasses with many outstanding guitarists like Pepe Romero, Scott Tenant, Zoran Dukic, Aniello Desiderio, Nicolla Montella, Atanas Ourkouzonov, Stella Miteva and more. She has taken part in different guitar festivals in Bulgaria.  She has received first price in „International competition for young musicians with classical music instruments“ Pernik (2021), second price in International guitar competition „Marin Goleminov“ Kyustendil (2020) and „International  competition for chamber and individual musicians“ Borovets (2021). She has taken part in various concerts. One of them is in chamber „Bulgaria Hall“ in Sofia. In 2020 she has performed a solo concert with the Academic orchestra of the National Academy of music in Sofia. She is looking forward to new opportunities for developing her guitar and musical skills.
